Responsibilities
- Architect & Build: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI models capable of processing petabytes of real-time data for the 2026 ecosystem.
- Research Leadership: Lead internal research initiatives into cutting-edge algorithms, including generative adversarial networks (GANs) and transformer architectures.
- System Integration: Integrate complex AI systems with legacy infrastructure and ensure seamless deployment across cloud and edge environments.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of junior engineers and data scientists, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Strategic Planning: Define the technical roadmap for Project 2026, identifying emerging technologies and adapting strategies to stay ahead of the curve.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize model latency, accuracy, and resource efficiency to meet enterprise-grade standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Deep Learning engineering.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and C++. Experience with distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, AWS, GCP).
- Language Model Expertise: Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), fine-tuning, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous problems and deliver robust, scalable solutions under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and leadership.
