Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, self-evolving AI agents capable of complex decision-making in 2026 environments.
- Implement advanced reinforcement learning algorithms to optimize system autonomy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate 2026-ready predictive models into core product infrastructure.
- Ensure system security, compliance, and ethical AI governance standards are met.
- Mentor junior engineers and drive technical best practices within the AI lab.
- Conduct research into emerging trends in neural interfaces and semantic web technologies.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years focused on AI/ML system architecture.
- Deep proficiency in Python, Rust, or C++ with experience in distributed systems.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models to production.
- Experience with LLM fine-tuning, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and agentic workflows.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
