Responsibilities
- Architect and design end-to-end AI/ML solutions for the Vision 2026 roadmap, focusing on predictive analytics and autonomous agents.
- Lead the research and development of novel algorithms to improve model accuracy and efficiency.
- Mentor and guide a team of junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Ensure scalability, security, and compliance of all AI infrastructure on cloud platforms.
- Conduct code reviews and technical architecture reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning Engineering or AI Architecture.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or equivalent frameworks.
- Proven experience designing distributed systems and large-scale ML pipelines.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
