We are seeking a visionary Senior AI Architecture Lead to design the foundational systems that will power the next generation of autonomous agents and predictive intelligence. This role is critical in bridging the gap between theoretical AI models and scalable, production-ready infrastructure.
You will be responsible for defining the architectural blueprint for our upcoming product lines, ensuring our systems are resilient, scalable, and ready for the rapid advancements expected in the mid-2020s.
Responsibilities
- Architect scalable machine learning infrastructure designed for 2026+ scalability standards.
- Lead a cross-functional team in deploying next-gen Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI tools.
- Define technical roadmaps and compliance frameworks for future AI regulation and safety.
- Optimize neural network latency and throughput in high-traffic, global environments.
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate advanced AI capabilities into core consumer platforms.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of predictive algorithms before public rollout.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, specifically in AI/ML systems architecture.
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale distributed systems and cloud infrastructure.
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and deep learning.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor junior engineers and drive technical vision.
