Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Architect and execute the long-term AI strategy, identifying emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- System Design: Design robust, scalable, and secure machine learning architectures capable of handling real-time data streams.
- Autonomous Solutions: Lead the development of autonomous agents and intelligent automation workflows that streamline enterprise operations.
- Model Deployment: Oversee the end-to-end MLOps lifecycle, from prototype to production, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Ethical AI Compliance: Implement frameworks to ensure AI systems are fair, transparent, and adhere to evolving regulatory standards.
- Talent Mentorship: Guide a team of junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks; proven experience with MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow).
- Architecture: Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/GCP/Azure), and microservices architecture.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative technical solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present technical strategies to diverse audiences.
