Key Responsibilities

- Research and prototype novel algorithms to improve model accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Data Science, Engineering) to define AI requirements.
- Ensure model scalability, security, and compliance with industry standards.
- Mentor team members on best practices in deep learning and software engineering.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML, with a focus on Deep Learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Experience deploying models using cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of improving model performance metrics in real-world scenarios.
