Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art deep learning models and neural architectures.
- Build and maintain robust, scalable machine learning pipelines using cloud-native technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers.
- Optimize model performance for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency.
- Research and implement novel algorithms to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in machine learning and deep learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python and major deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX).
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
