Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and development of scalable AI models and infrastructure targeting the 2026 market landscape.
- Define the technical roadmap for the 2026 Horizon initiative, identifying emerging technologies and integration opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions using GenAI and NLP.
- Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability across all AI services.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation to ensure ethical AI deployment and data privacy compliance.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to recommend strategic pivots and technological upgrades.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML engineering.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Strong understanding of Machine Learning pipelines, MLOps, and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Demonstrated experience leading technical teams and managing complex projects.
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG, and vector databases is highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a rapidly evolving environment.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
