- Collaborate with product leaders to translate complex business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Research and implement emerging technologies (e.g., Agentic Workflows, Multimodal AI) to stay ahead of the 2026 tech curve.
- Optimize model inference speed and reduce latency for real-time, high-volume applications.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish coding standards for AI development.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI Engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Generative AI architectures.
- Experience with vector databases and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) implementations.
