Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy state-of-the-art Machine Learning models, focusing on Generative AI and LLM fine-tuning.
- Optimize model inference latency and reduce operational costs for large-scale deployments.
- Design robust MLOps pipelines ensuring high availability and data integrity.
- Lead technical strategy sessions to define the 2026 roadmap for our AI products.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven experience deploying models to production environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of NLP, Deep Learning, and Neural Network architectures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
