Responsibilities
- Design, train, and fine-tune state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI architectures.
- Optimize model inference latency and scalability to support millions of concurrent users.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Product, Security) to integrate AI solutions into consumer products.
- Research and implement novel algorithms in the domains of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Establish best practices for model monitoring, explainability, and ethical AI usage.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI Engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of distributed computing systems and MLOps pipelines.
- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus) and RAG architectures.
- Proven track record of deploying models to production at scale.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
