Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for AI integration, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and emerging industry standards.
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design and oversee the implementation of robust AI and machine learning infrastructure capable of handling high-volume data streams.
- Lead Innovation: Spearhead R&D initiatives focused on Generative AI, predictive analytics, and autonomous systems.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives and product teams to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Ensure Compliance & Ethics: Implement governance frameworks to ensure AI deployment is responsible, transparent, and compliant with global regulations.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of junior architects and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, AI architecture, or data science, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Machine Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), NLP, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining technical roadmaps and leading digital transformation initiatives.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
