Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of advanced AI systems, focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative algorithms.
- Define the technical roadmap for our 2026 product roadmap, integrating cutting-edge computer vision and predictive analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation in ethical AI and responsible data usage.
- Optimize existing infrastructure for high-throughput data processing and low-latency inference.
- Establish best practices for MLOps and ensure the reliability of deployed models in production environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven track record of leading high-performance teams and managing complex technical projects.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
