Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable deep learning pipelines for Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal systems.
- Lead the design of robust MLOps infrastructure to support model training, deployment, and monitoring at scale.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core product ecosystems.
- Define best practices for data governance, model fairness, and AI ethics.
- Stay at the forefront of research trends (e.g., Transformers, Diffusion Models, Reinforcement Learning) and evaluate their applicability.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or AI architecture.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning algorithms.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact technical projects from conception to delivery.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
