Responsibilities
- Architecting Future AI Systems: Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data for real-time inference.
- Research & Development: Lead R&D initiatives exploring novel approaches in generative AI, reinforcement learning, and multimodal learning models.
- Model Optimization: Engineer efficient algorithms to reduce latency and improve the reasoning capabilities of our proprietary models.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in machine learning and deep learning architecture.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, C++, and experience with major ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- LLM Expertise: Proven track record of working with Large Language Models (GPT, BERT, Llama) and fine-tuning techniques.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
