Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning models tailored for 2026 infrastructure standards, ensuring high availability and low latency.
- Lead the research and implementation of next-generation generative AI algorithms and large language models.
- Optimize existing data pipelines to handle petabyte-scale datasets with real-time processing capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced AI solutions into core product ecosystems.
- Ensure ethical AI practices, bias mitigation, and data privacy compliance in all model training and deployment phases.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for MLOps and model governance.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven track record of 5+ years in designing and maintaining large-scale machine learning systems.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern data processing frameworks (Spark, Pandas).
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with MLOps tools and CI/CD pipelines specifically for machine learning workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
