Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust machine learning pipelines and scalable infrastructure for 2026-ready AI workloads.
- Lead research initiatives in Large Language Models (LLMs), transformer architectures, and reinforcement learning.
- Optimize model inference latency and accuracy to handle high-throughput production environments.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, data privacy, and bias mitigation in algorithmic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design) to translate technical requirements into user-centric AI solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in building and deploying production-grade machine learning models.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning algorithms.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
