Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning models for high-traffic production environments.
- Optimize neural network architectures to improve accuracy and reduce inference latency.
- Lead research initiatives into emerging AI paradigms (e.g., Agentic AI, Multimodal Learning).
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to define technical requirements.
- Implement robust CI/CD pipelines for model training and evaluation.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high technical standards.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning Engineering or Data Science.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Experience with MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
