Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal systems for enterprise application.
- Lead research initiatives into emergent AI behaviors, focusing on safety, alignment, and ethical reasoning.
- Optimize deep learning pipelines for high-performance inference on edge devices and cloud infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, product managers, and hardware engineers.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, ensuring reproducibility and model governance.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL) or deploying production-grade models.
- Strong understanding of transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and vector databases.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
