Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable neural network architectures optimized for quantum processing units (QPUs).
- Lead the research and development of next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) with a focus on reasoning and memory.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of physicists, software engineers, and product designers to translate theoretical models into production-ready APIs.
- Optimize algorithmic performance, reducing computational complexity by 40%+ in simulation environments.
- Establish best practices for ethical AI governance and bias mitigation in training datasets.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical architecture reviews to ensure code quality and scalability.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field (5+ years of experience).
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and Rust, with practical experience in frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of deploying machine learning models into high-traffic production environments.
- Experience with quantum computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq) or an understanding of quantum algorithms (Grover's, Shor's).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
