Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Vision: Define the comprehensive technical roadmap for AI integration, focusing on Generative AI, Neural Interfaces, and Quantum-Ready Architecture.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, high-performance distributed systems capable of handling exascale data processing requirements.
- R&D Leadership: Mentor a team of elite engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Strategic Implementation: Oversee the deployment of cutting-edge machine learning models into production environments with zero-latency requirements.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all future-proof systems adhere to the highest standards of cybersecurity and data privacy regulations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field (PhD preferred for this strategic role).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in leading AI/ML or high-performance computing teams.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and TensorFlow/PyTorch; practical experience with quantum computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq) is a major plus.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unsolved problems in scalable computing and distributed systems.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading engineering teams through complex digital transformations.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
