Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, high-performance AI and quantum computing infrastructures for the 2026 era.
- Lead the integration of neural networks with emerging quantum processing units.
- Define technical standards and best practices for next-gen software development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Ensure system security, data integrity, and ethical AI compliance.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field with a focus on AI/Quantum.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software architecture and machine learning engineering.
- Deep understanding of quantum algorithms and their application to AI problems.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Experience with distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading technical projects from conception to deployment.
