- Model Optimization: Develop and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models with a focus on edge computing and real-time inference.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of innovation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into actionable engineering solutions.

Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years leading AI/ML architecture teams.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or similar).
- Cloud Mastery: Proficiency in deploying solutions on AWS, GCP, or Azure using containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative engineering solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
