Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI architectures integrating classical ML with quantum computing modules.
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of machine learning models, from data ingestion to production deployment using Kubernetes and Docker.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, quantum physicists, and software engineers to define technical roadmaps.
- Optimize algorithms for high-performance computing environments, ensuring minimal latency and maximum throughput.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Stay ahead of the curve by researching and prototyping emerging technologies such as neuromorphic computing and edge AI.
- Document technical specifications and architectural decisions to ensure maintainability and scalability.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
- Minimum of 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with a focus on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and C++ for high-performance computing.
- Familiarity with quantum computing frameworks such as Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies.
- Proven track record of leading technical projects and mentoring engineering teams.
