Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced hybrid quantum-classical machine learning models capable of processing complex datasets in real-time.
- Lead the architectural roadmap for future AI systems, ensuring scalability, security, and performance for the 2026 ecosystem.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of physicists, data scientists, and software engineers to translate theoretical research into production-ready code.
- Optimize neural network architectures for edge computing environments and quantum processors.
- Establish best practices for ethical AI governance and data integrity in decentralized systems.
- Mentor junior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field with a focus on AI and Quantum Computing.
- 10+ years of experience in full-stack software development, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust, with specific experience in quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and optimization techniques.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in ambiguous, high-stakes environments.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
