Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable AI and quantum computing systems for high-volume enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum algorithms into existing machine learning pipelines.
- Lead code reviews and establish best practices for secure, robust, and efficient software development.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI, quantum hardware, and neural networks to drive product innovation.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Define technical roadmaps and ensure alignment with long-term business goals.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI/ML or Quantum Computing.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and modern cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Deep understanding of neural networks, quantum gates, and cryptographic protocols.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale engineering projects from conception to deployment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
