Responsibilities
- Lead Research Initiatives: Spearhead the development of novel deep learning architectures designed for 2026 scalability.
- Model Optimization: Reduce inference latency and improve model accuracy for real-time applications.
- Collaboration: Partner with product engineering teams to translate theoretical research into deployable software solutions.
- Publication: Author and present high-impact research papers at top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR).
- Mentorship: Guide a team of junior data scientists and machine learning engineers in best practices and research methodologies.
- Ethical AI: Ensure all models adhere to strict ethical guidelines and bias mitigation protocols.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in research or applied machine learning roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow. Strong understanding of Transformer architectures and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Mathematics: Solid foundation in linear algebra, calculus, and probability theory.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous problems with creative and rigorous solutions.
