Responsibilities
- Lead Pioneering Research: Spearhead the development of cutting-edge algorithms designed to solve complex problems for the 2026 technological ecosystem.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and implement robust, scalable machine learning infrastructure capable of handling high-volume data streams.
- Mentor High-Performance Teams: Guide junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, curiosity, and technical excellence.
- Define Ethical AI Standards: Establish and enforce frameworks for ethical AI usage, ensuring transparency and fairness in all AI deployments.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with product managers, software engineers, and stakeholders to translate research findings into market-ready products.
- Publish and Present: Contribute to the academic community by publishing papers and presenting at top-tier industry conferences.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field from a top-tier university.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX with a proven track record of deploying models in production.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in machine learning research, data science, or a similar technical role.
- Specialization: Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision is highly desirable.
- Creativity: Exceptional ability to think abstractly and creatively to solve unstructured problems.
- Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
