Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced machine learning algorithms capable of operating in real-time, edge, and cloud environments.
- Lead end-to-end research initiatives focused on Generative AI, Reinforcement Learning, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate theoretical research into scalable, production-ready products.
- Publish high-impact research papers in top-tier AI conferences and journals to establish industry thought leadership.
- Conduct rigorous experimentation and analysis to optimize model performance, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to the technical roadmap of the organization.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in machine learning research, with a strong publication record in top venues (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, etc.).
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow, with deep knowledge of distributed computing frameworks.
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
- Experience with MLOps and deployment of large-scale AI models.
