Responsibilities
- Define Research Roadmaps: Lead the strategic vision for AI models and agentic workflows targeting deployment in 2026 and beyond.
- Model Development: Design, train, and optimize large-scale deep learning models for complex reasoning tasks.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to translate theoretical research into scalable, production-ready solutions.
- Paper Publication: Author and publish high-impact research papers in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR).
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior researchers and data scientists, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Technical Strategy: Evaluate emerging technologies and frameworks to ensure our stack remains cutting-edge.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in research, software development, or a related field, with a proven track record of innovation.
- Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow; deep understanding of transformer architectures, NLP, and reinforcement learning.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous problems and deliver results in a fast-paced, experimental environment.
