Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance systems for Project 2026 infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of physicists, data scientists, and engineers to integrate theoretical models into practical applications.
- Oversee the deployment of next-gen AI algorithms and ensure their robustness in real-world scenarios.
- Mentor and lead a team of elite engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks in long-term development roadmaps.
- Prioritize security and ethics in the development of autonomous systems.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related STEM field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, or C++ and distributed systems architecture.
- Experience with Quantum Computing frameworks or advanced Machine Learning libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity in cutting-edge environments.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
