The Role
We are looking for a Senior AI Research Scientist to spearhead our initiatives in next-generation neural architectures. Responsibilities
- Lead the research and development of proprietary AI models focused on reasoning, planning, and multimodal learning capabilities.
- Translate theoretical breakthroughs into scalable, production-ready code and infrastructure.
- Establish rigorous standards for AI safety, bias mitigation, and responsible deployment in high-stakes environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software engineers, ethicists, and product designers.
- Publish high-impact research papers and present findings at top-tier global conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR).
- Mentor junior researchers and foster a culture of innovation, curiosity, and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a specialization in Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning.
- 5+ years of professional experience in deep learning, natural language processing, or reinforcement learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier peer-reviewed conferences or journals.
- Strong understanding of large language models (LLMs), transformer architectures, and their limitations.
- Demonstrated ability to think critically about the societal impact of AI technologies.
