Responsibilities
- Lead the research, design, and implementation of advanced generative AI models, including LLMs and diffusion models.
- Optimize model inference performance and reduce latency for real-time applications.
- Experiment with novel training techniques such as RLHF, PPO, and self-supervised learning.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to integrate AI models into production environments and APIs.
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to the technical vision of the AI department.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in the AI research community and apply cutting-edge methodologies to our projects.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Machine Learning.
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML research or applied machine learning, specifically in NLP.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of deep learning architectures, particularly Transformers and attention mechanisms.
- Experience with MLOps, model deployment, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
