Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the technical strategy for AI initiatives leading up to 2026, aligning with long-term business goals.
- Architectural Leadership: Design scalable, secure, and efficient AI architectures for our next-gen product suite.
- R&D Leadership: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (LLMs, Predictive Analytics, Quantum Computing) to drive innovation.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and secure buy-in for high-level projects.
- Team Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and grow a team of talented engineers and data scientists.
- Performance Optimization: Oversee the deployment and optimization of AI models in production environments.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a strategic or leadership role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) is required.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of translating business objectives into technical roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate technical strategies to executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
