Responsibilities
- Define the comprehensive AI and Machine Learning strategy leading up to 2026.
- Lead a high-performing team of data scientists and engineers to deliver scalable ML models.
- Collaborate with C-level executives to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Identify emerging AI trends (e.g., Large Language Models, Autonomous Systems) and integrate them into our product suite.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of AI projects, from data ingestion to deployment and monitoring.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Data Science.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional technical teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related quantitative field.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
- Exceptional strategic thinking with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
