Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, fault-tolerant AI infrastructure capable of supporting next-generation generative models.
- Lead research initiatives focused on large language models (LLMs) and reinforcement learning environments.
- Define technical roadmaps and architectural standards for the 2026 product release cycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, ethicists, and frontend engineers.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ensure system security, data privacy, and compliance with evolving AI regulations.
- Publish research papers and contribute to open-source communities in the AI space.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years focused on AI/ML systems architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, or Rust, and familiarity with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX).
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade machine learning systems.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in ambiguity.
