In this role, you will lead the architectural design for our 2026 roadmap, ensuring our infrastructure is resilient, scalable, and ready for the next generation of AI integration.
Responsibilities
- Lead Architectural Vision: Define the technical roadmap for the 2026 product line, focusing on scalability and next-gen AI capabilities.
- System Design: Design and implement robust, fault-tolerant microservices and distributed systems using modern cloud-native technologies.
- Technical Strategy: Collaborate with product managers to translate business goals into technical specifications for the 2026 release.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers, conduct rigorous code reviews, and ensure best practices are followed across the team.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, security experts, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of new features.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance and optimize infrastructure to handle high-concurrency loads.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with a focus on scalable system design and cloud computing.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Java, with deep knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- AI Integration: Demonstrated experience integrating Machine Learning models into production environments.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading technical teams and driving projects from conception to deployment.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex architectural challenges.
