Job Description
We are seeking a visionary Senior Architect to lead the Project 2026 initiative, a groundbreaking effort to integrate advanced AI models with next-generation quantum infrastructure by the target year of 2026. In this pivotal role, you will define the architectural backbone of our future-facing platform, ensuring scalability, security, and performance at the edge of technological possibility.
As a key player in our Technical Strategy division, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and production-grade engineering, working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable system architectures tailored for the 2026 roadmap, focusing on AI-driven automation and quantum computing integration.
- Lead technical strategy sessions to define the technical vision and operational standards for the Project 2026 platform.
- Mentor and coach a team of elite software engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Oversee security protocols and compliance standards to ensure data integrity across distributed systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including product managers and data scientists, to translate business goals into technical solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and performance audits to maintain the highest quality benchmarks.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, or Go, with practical experience in machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Familiarity with quantum computing concepts and edge computing architectures is a strong plus.
- Proven track record of delivering complex systems under tight deadlines in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
