Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into actionable project deliverables
- Conduct thorough data analysis and create detailed process maps, user stories, and functional specifications
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including business cases, requirements documents, and test plans
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and ensure alignment across departments
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to leadership on key metrics and risks
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose data-driven solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in technology-driven environments
- Proficiency in requirements gathering methodologies (JAD, MoSCoW, etc.) and tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights
- Experience with SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI), and process modeling
- Excellent communication skills with proven ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
