- Develop process flow diagrams, data models, and wireframes using tools like Lucidchart and Jira
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend process optimization strategies
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure solution alignment with business goals
- Generate comprehensive reports and dashboards using Power BI and Tableau
- Validate deliverables through UAT cycles and implement continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech-driven environments
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies with PMP or CBAP certification preferred
- Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and API integration concepts
- Strong background in healthcare or financial services domains
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and business intelligence tools
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with process mining tools (e.g., Celonis, UiPath)
