Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications and user stories
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities using SQL and visualization tools
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to define project scope and success metrics
- Develop process flows, wireframes, and documentation for cross-functional teams
- Validate solution effectiveness through UAT and continuous feedback loops
- Collaborate with Agile teams to deliver iterative improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in regulated industries (energy/finance a plus)
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
- Proven track record of delivering successful projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present to executive leadership
