Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify optimization opportunities
- Translate stakeholder requirements into detailed technical specifications
- Lead Agile ceremonies and maintain JIRA/Confluence artifacts
- Create data-driven insights using SQL and Power BI dashboards
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives
- Validate solution outcomes through UAT and KPI monitoring
- Document business requirements and process flows in Visio
Qualifications
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in financial services
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Advanced SQL skills with experience in data warehousing
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent
- Proficiency in Power BI and process modeling tools
- Exceptional stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
