Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and stakeholder requirements to define project scope and deliverables
- Develop detailed business requirements documents, user stories, and process flows using Lucidchart and JIRA
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical specifications
- Design and implement KPI dashboards using Tableau/Power BI to track operational performance
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements for maritime logistics operations
- Maintain requirements traceability matrix and ensure alignment with agile development cycles
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in logistics or maritime tech
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Certified Business Analyst (CBAP) or PMI-PMP certification
- Expertise in requirements gathering, use case development, and process modeling
- Proven track record of delivering analytics solutions for supply chain optimization
- Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to influence at executive level
- Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps integration
