Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify improvement opportunities using SQL, Tableau, and BPMN
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into actionable user stories
- Develop data models and KPI dashboards to track performance metrics
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technical teams with business goals
- Document workflows, create process maps, and maintain requirements repositories
- Facilitate UAT sessions and validate solution effectiveness
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in enterprise environments
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and SQL
- Certification in CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA
- Strong communication skills with experience presenting to executive leadership
