Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and stakeholder requirements to identify improvement opportunities
- Create detailed user stories, process flows, and functional specifications
- Facilitate workshops with executive leadership to define project scope and KPIs
- Develop data models and dashboards using SQL and Tableau
- Coordinate with development teams to ensure technical feasibility of solutions
- Document requirements in Jira and maintain traceability matrices
- Present findings to senior leadership with actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis or consulting
- Expertise in Agile methodologies and Jira/Confluence
- Advanced SQL skills and data visualization experience
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or PMP certification
- Proven track record in requirements gathering and stakeholder management
- Familiarity with healthcare or fintech industries
- Strong problem-solving skills with analytical mindset
