Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and process mapping to identify optimization opportunities
- Develop data models and KPI dashboards using SQL and Tableau
- Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives
- Document business processes and create user acceptance criteria
- Analyze market trends to inform product development roadmaps
- Mentor junior analysts and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in SaaS or healthcare tech
- Expertise in SQL, data visualization, and process modeling tools
- Agile/Scrum certification (CSM or PSM)
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR)
