Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications and user stories
- Analyze data trends and KPIs to identify process improvement opportunities
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and create detailed process flow documentation
- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reporting systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses and ROI projections for strategic initiatives
- Present findings to executive leadership with clear, compelling visualizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or finance
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks and JIRA/Confluence
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Demonstrated success in stakeholder management across all organizational levels
