Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes, workflows, and user needs to identify optimization opportunities
- Document detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams
- Create data visualizations and dashboards to present insights to stakeholders
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and meetings to align on project deliverables
- Conduct gap analysis between current state and future business objectives
- Validate solution effectiveness through UAT and post-implementation reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services or tech
- Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, GDPR)
