Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications
- Analyze data trends to identify optimization opportunities and ROI drivers
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align cross-functional teams on project goals
- Design process improvements using BPMN and UML modeling
- Develop KPI dashboards and performance metrics for executive reporting
- Lead UAT cycles and document user acceptance criteria
- Maintain JIRA and Confluence documentation for agile development teams
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services or healthcare
- Expertise in SQL, Tableau, and process mapping tools (Visio/Lucidchart)
- Certification in CBAP, PMP, or Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Proven track record of delivering projects on budget and ahead of schedule
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
- Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks (SOX, HIPAA)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
