- Conduct stakeholder interviews and requirements gathering sessions
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and functional specifications
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Facilitate JIRA backlog grooming and sprint planning ceremonies
- Develop comprehensive test plans and validate solution effectiveness
- Document business rules and system architecture blueprints
- Mentor junior analysts and improve BA methodologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in tech or consulting
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Advanced SQL skills with complex query optimization
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent
- Proven experience mapping healthcare/fintech workflows
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong proficiency in process modeling tools (Visio/Lucidchart)
- Ability to thrive in immediate-start environments
